Questions about the platform.
Is SupplyMirror a store where I buy products?
No. SupplyMirror is software for store owners. You manage supplier products in it, and your customers buy from your own store.
Does the website demonstration import real products?
No. Interactive scenes use local illustrative records. They do not connect to supplier websites, stores or production systems.
Can I choose what gets synchronized?
Yes — that is the design. Detection is separate from approval. Field rules protect merchant-owned content while approved changes target specific fields.
Does advanced product research guarantee search rankings?
No. Research informs reviewed content recommendations. Search performance depends on many factors and is not guaranteed.
Will every supplier and storefront work?
Compatibility depends on the source, storefront and supported integration. Confirm your actual setup before choosing a subscription.
